Returns

You have [10] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at https://www.pafason.com/pages/contact to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns (shipments without an RMA number) will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges
